4. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or use paid services:


  • You authorize us to charge the associated fees.


  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.


  • We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.


5. Content and Bookings

You are solely responsible for the content, services, and client interactions within your booking pages. Bookify.Services acts as a software provider, not a service intermediary.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding of Bookify.Services are protected and may not be copied or reused without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer

We do our best to ensure the platform is reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookify.Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Palestine. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jericho.
